We get that it can be a struggle sometimes to find the motivation every now and again to workout, even if you had it planned into your day. Sure your intentions were good, but sometimes life gets the best of you and on occasion you’ve put off activity at the end of a busy day for the latest American Idol. It happens.
But there’s something you can do to make sure you get your activity in and watch the top contestants sing their hearts out. Say you’ve found yourself at the end of the day with a lower than expected step count on your GoZone. Get up and dance while you’re watching the show! Not only will you enjoy the music more, you’ll rack up some steps pretty quickly.
