I wear the go zone from the time I get up until in bad at night. But I wear it underneath my outer clothing. I wear it on the waist of my bikini underwear in the crease between my hip bend and underneath my oblique on either side of my tummy. There it can move freely and be protected with the guard clipped onto the elastic. It leaves a small buldge on my side, but I can hear it moving as I walk, run, hop, dance, all day long. I get the best results/reading there.

Hey Amy: You're right; the GoZone is designed to go on your hip. (Check out the online user guide: http://www.virginlifecare.com/activate/userguide/gozone-use-my-gozone.html)
Some people think it's uncomfortable there, so they put it on their shoe. The problem is if it's down on your foot, you only get one step counted for 2 paces; it's not "wrong" it just doesn't earn you as many Miles. If it's on your hip you get a step per stride.

I keep it on my nightstand and that way I remember it when I get up in the morning.
I thought you were supposed to wear it on your hip, not your foot. I bounce my foot all day so that would throw my count way off.

Well i do like alot of others i will download right before i go off to bed. And the I will place it on my nightstand or sometimes leave it on my sneakers ready to go to work for the next day. I can really rack up the steps just getting ready in the morning.

I keep it by the sink in our bathroom with my toothbrush. hat is the first place I do when I get up and last place I am before bed.

I place it by my watch, rings etc so that I don't forget.

I take it off right before bed and place it on my nightstand. That way I remember to put it on first thing in the morning. It is amazing how many steps I rack up in the AM while I get ready for work!

i keep it by the door with my housekeys (or sometimes hanging on the doorknob by the safety strap) so that i grab it everytime i leave the house.
