Team play gets me motivated. If I am in a competition or a team sport my energy level increases automatically. I play in Metro's Volleyball League so that assures me about 45 minutes of continuous activity every Wednesday night. This has really helped me over the years.

The summer was my obstacle...this challenge has me getting back on track. It takes a team effort for me to get involved sometimes; I enjoy the comraderie!

I just look any of my horrible beach pictures when I look flabby wearing a bikini. Gets me motivated right away!

The hardest part is getting off the couch and out the door. Once I'm outside and I start breathing in that fresh air all I want to do is run, walk, bike, hike, swim, climb, fish...seriously, it's just a matter of taking that first step.
